Get the conversation going on climate change (VIDEO)

Tower News Editor Yuri Smishkewych, who graduated this May, leaves his mark at the student newspaper with this short documentary about his perspective on climate change.

Smishkewych explored how scientists can explain the complex issue of climate change to those outside the science community by interviewing Kean faculty such as Dr. Janet Yedes, a communication professor, environmental/Earth science professor Dr. Paul Croft and School of Environmental and Sustainability Sciences Executive Director Dr. Feng Qi.

Art exhibits on campus like “Glacial Dimensions” and the “ArtSCAPES” panel discussion this semester have been part of a collaborative effort to bring the climate change discussion to students in creative ways.
