It’s that time of year again for Kean Stage to put on a new lineup of shows for the fall semester and first on the list is a play called “Foster Mom.”

Written by Chris Cragin-Day and directed by Kel Haney, the show ran from Sept. 7-24 at the Zella Fry Theatre.

If you did not get a chance to see the show, it is about a woman named Leslie who is thinking about fostering a child but is unsure of her decision as well as a new, unexpected romance. As the story goes on, she has to choose between her newfound love and her dream of caring for a child.

“I thought that the show was very moving and it was interesting to see her growth throughout the story,” said Sydney Strokes.

Next month, “Marisol,” which is scheduled to run from Oct. 13-21 is set to be shown at the Zella Fry Theatre. “The Boys Next Door,” another play, is set to run in November from the 10-18.

At the University Center Little Theatre,  “Brick City,” is set to be shown  in Oct. from the 20-22.

In November, “Liberty Live: Black Tom Island,” is set to play from the 17-19.

At  Wilkins Theatre, one show is scheduled to play in December,  “All Is Calm: The Christmas Truce of 1914,” which will only be shown  for one day on Dec. 10.

If you would like to reserve seats for any of these upcoming shows, you can go online to www.keanstage.com to get your tickets.
