• Person entered Sozio Hall dorms with what appeared as a false name.
• Trespass list violation.
• Theft: Person took money from wallet at Barlett Hall.
• Vehicle was egged.

Nov. 2

• Reported telephonic threats to a student.
• Person burned food in microwave in Sozio Hall.
• Hit and run in Hennings Hall.

Nov. 3

• Gas leak in administration building.
• Hit and run in Vaughn Eames lot.
• Theft: Unknown person took person’s cellphone in Green Lane building.
• Alarm activated because of shower steam in UC Hall.

Nov. 4

• Person reported seeing a raccoon.
• Person found egg shells on the grill of his car in Vaughn Eames lot.
• Persons arguing in Vaughn Eames lot.

Nov. 5

• Carbon monoxide alarm activated in University Center.
• Welfare check of a student.

Nov. 6

• Persons had argument over social media posts in Whiteman Hall.

Nov. 7

• Fire alarm activated from the water flow monitor in STEM building.

Nov. 8

• Assisted Elizabeth Police Department with a noise complaint.
• Person tried to make victim pay to stop video footage from being released.
• Fire alarm activated from a blow dryer in Sozio Hall.

Nov. 9

• Vehicle No. 2 parked up against the front bumper of vehicle No. 1 in Vaughn Eames lot.

Nov. 10

• Person made offensive posts via Twitter.
• Theft – Unknown person took victim’s laptop from bench on East Campus.

Nov. 11

• Unknown person dented the hood of the victim’s vehicle in Vaughn Eames lot.

Nov. 12

• Controlled dangerous substance (CDS) complaint in Rogers Hall – no odor of CDS was detected.

Nov. 13

• Unknown person didn’t have the proper credentials and was denied access into Rogers Hall.
• Underage person was involved in a fight in Alumni stadium.  

Nov. 14

• Unknown person dented hood of victim’s vehicle in Vaughn Eames lot.
• Theft: Unknown person took money and vehicle registration card from victim’s vehicle in Vaughn Eames lot.

Nov. 15

• Fire alarm activated from a fan above the meat cooker that wasn’t functioning properly in Cougar’s Den.
• Arrests: Two 23-year-old-females from East Orange arrested for simple assault.

Nov. 16

• A controlled dangerous substance (CDS) complaint was reported and the odor of suspected CDS was observed although the occupants had already left the room.
• Unknown person was harassing victim via phone calls.
• A reported suspicious package was later found to be a bag of garbage that a person took out of their vehicle and left on the ground in Green Lane lot.
• A complaint was made about CDS distribution on campus.
• Unknown person took victim’s cell phone from table in CAS.
• Hit and run in Kean lot and Whitehouse Road.

Nov. 17

• Unknown person harassed victim via phone calls and text messages.
• Persons were stopped for walking on Trotters Creek Bridge which is not for pedestrian use.
• Hit and run in Vaughn Eames lot.
• Fire alarm activated from smoking in the room in Burch Hall.

Nov. 18

• Hit and run in Willis lot.
• A reported suspicious package was later found to be an unattended backpack left in the hallway in Willis Hall.
• Three people were trapped in elevator for 15 minutes in Sozio Hall until it started functioning properly again. The elevator was shut down for repair.

Nov. 19

• Unknown person took victim’s name tag off of door and threw it in the garbage.

Nov. 20

• Vehicle No. 1  made a left turn without stopping and lost control of the vehicle jumping over a curb and striking a metal pylon in Vaughn Eames lot.
• Hit and run in Vaughn Eames lot.
• Unknown person left ashes in victim’s vehicle in Vaughn Eames lot.
• Unknown person took a piece of the bumper off of victim’s vehicle in Wilkin’s Theatre lot.

Nov. 21

• There was an odor of incense perfume coming through the vents in UC Hall.

Nov. 22

• Theft: Unknown person took victim’s CD-player radio from stairwell in UC Hall.
• Persons had a verbal argument in Roger’s Hall.

Nov. 23

• Persons were having a party and playing music too loud in Burch Hall.
• Person harassed victim via text messages in Burch Hall.
• Vehicle No. 1 struck vehicle No. 2 while backing out of parking space in Vaughn Eames lot.

Nov. 25

• Checked on person who was recently in a car accident.
• Fire alarm activated in North Avenue building from an unknown cause.

Nov. 27

• Fire alarm activated in Rogers Hall from an unknown cause.
