Kean students shared their frustrations on Facebook and Twitter after the University sent out three different updates regarding the status of the University as a result of the snowstorm earlier this morning.

At 5:15 a.m. the University posted that classes were cancelled until 11 a.m. on their Twitter account. A few hours later, at 8:21 a.m., Kean posted that the delay would be extended to 4:30 p.m.

The final decision to close the university was posted at 11:22 a.m. on Kean’s Twitter and Facebook pages. Mass e-mails were also sent informing students of all three decisions.

When the first call to delay classes until 11 a.m. was made, some students complained about their potentially dangerous commute on Kean’s Facebook page. snow2
